Jefferson To Build Overpass! Posted: 2/6/2010
City officials confirmed on Tuesday the plans to construct an overpass above the Union Pacific railroad along Highway 4. This multi-year project scheduled to complete in 2012 will get funding assistance from the Government and Union Pacific.
